When I got to work I found out my boss was taking my team to lunch at Pei Wei....I love that place but it's no where near being on this diet. He never offered to do this before so I thought the opportunity was worth the risk. I researched their menu online and found mongolian chicken to have 550 calories. I ate all the chicken and mushrooms and half the rice so I assume I got about 500 calories in this one meal. I was worried the rest of the day would be a challenge.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today was my training with Jake day and I worked out harder than I ever have. I did notice the energy decrease from previous sessions though. I was really shakey after the gym so I had 2 egg whites for 30 calories.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;At 7:00 I went ahead and ate my apple because I was getting the munchies bad but I might could have held out.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So...the total for the day was about 630 calories. It is just impossible to go out and eat with other people on this diet. Tomorrow I go to the clinic again and will get my results since I started! I'm really hoping for some good results. Today was a little easier than yesterday so I expect by Friday I wont have any problems with the 500 calories.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I forgot my energy drinks and apples at home this morning but I think that might have turned out to be a good thing. I found out that the white of a boiled egg is about 15 calories each.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I had the headache yesterday so I packed 4 egg whites just in case for today. I ended up having them at 9 after my second cup of hot tea instead of my apple. I went to the grocery store for lunch and bought pickles, melba toast, spinach and vinegar (for salad dressing). I cooked my tilapia with dill and cracked pepper at 12:30 and had 3 pickles the size of my finger. I was craving salty so I think with all the liquids I drank my electrolytes were low.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After 3 ltrs of water I had my apple and a bite of a melba toast at 3. I gave the other part away because I wasn't sure if I was going to like it. Surprisingly they are pretty good. a package is 60 calories so it wont be something I have often.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I ate a small avocado and 2 egg whites when I got home at 6:00. I'm craving pepper so putting it on everything since it's free. Avacado + cracked pepper + vinegar = really good snack. I decided to add the avocado since I wasn't getting the vegetables or carbs I was supposed to get. I think with my gym activities it'll be ok to add but I won't do it again until I go back to see the Dr.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;At 7:45 I baked my blackened salmon. In the mean time I drank an additional 2 ltrs of water.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So...I had a few extra calories today but I tried to make it healthy and something that would help my body.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On to day 6 and my first session with Jake since I started the 500 calories. Eating every 2 hours seems to keep the headaches away and with 2 energy drinks per day I haven't noticed any decrease in energy level. It was a little harder being home all day and resisting snacking but my will power held out.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I took my shot at 11 and ate my apple before I cooked lunch. At 2:00 I had baked blackened salmon and green beans. I have discovered I dont really enjoy canned green beans without the butter so probably wont do them again.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dinner was a little late because I was fighting my will power...I had my 2nd apple at 7:15. At 9:15 I had baked tilapia with dill and fresh ground pepper. I REALLY liked this one and will be having it more often.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If anyone is wondering...I get the frozen fish from Sam's because each piece is packaged in portions I can have and it works out great!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I only got 5 glasses of water in so need to do better on that tomorrow. I went from 9:30 to 10:45 with Jake.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm not going to weigh until Friday for this first week because I want a nice surprise to end the first week. It's always the hardest the first week because you're not exactly hungry but you're body feels SO deprived from not eating the quantity you used to.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I ate the other half of the pizza at 11 because I knew it would be 2pm before I had lunch with friends.&lt;br /&gt;At 2 I had a 9oz sirloin a baked potato loaded and a salad.&lt;br /&gt;For dinner I had Macaroni Grill. I had the fried mozzarella and penne with chicken and cream sauce. I found out that was not the case /facepalm.  After a year I'm starting it again. I'm 31 6'1 and as of 3/19 I'm 258.4.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I've been working with a personal trainer twice a week since December 28th. I have flexibility issues that needed someone more than a normal trainer telling me to lift weights. So, after 3 months of regaining flexibility and beginning weight training I talked with my trainer about doing HCG. His dad owns a clinic here in town but since I had done it before and was comfortable with the doctors I decided to go where I had before. He will be altering my training to more endurance than weight while still working on my flexibility issues. He told me to expect my workouts to be more difficult because my energy levels will be lower at first. He is Jake Bellonzi and is a great trainer here in Austin Texas if you're around here.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm going to be switching to a great energy drink called XS. It's an 8.4 oz can (like redbull) comes in about 24 different flavors and has 8 calories no sugar, no fat, no carbs and 4900% daily b12, 300% daily b6 and 100% of daily b3 and b5. I was skeptical at first but these really are great tasting drinks. I am a distributor now so if you want some just let me know.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am going on vacation in June for 2 weeks...my goal by the end of May is to have 45lbs off. That means I'd be at 213.4 (according to my weight on 3/19).
